About Us
Michael K. Kim, M.D., F.A.C.S.
Dr. Kim is a board certified Otolaryngologist – Head & Neck Surgeon, practicing in Los Alamitos, California. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery, Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and Member of the American Rhinologic Society.
Dr. Kim is well regarded in the field of Minimally Invasive Balloon Sinuplasty, Image Guided Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery, and other aspects of Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery.
Dr. Kim treats Adult ear, nose, and throat, conditions such as Chronic Sinusitis, Nasal Obstruction, Nasal Allergies, Snoring, Obstructive Sleep Apnea, Voice disorders, Swallowing disorders, Hearing Loss, and Vertigo.
Dr. Kim is well versed in performing Office Based Nasal Sinus Surgery such as Balloon Sinuplasty, and Nasal Turbinate Surgery. Dr. Kim also performs intra-operative surgeries such as Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery with Image Guidance, Nasal Septoplasty, and Nasal Turbinate Surgery.
Dr. Kim graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor of arts degree with a double major in Biology and Economics. He completed his medical school and Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgical Residency at Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Kim developed further expertise in Head & Neck Surgical Oncology, by completing an advanced Surgical Fellowship in Head & Neck Surgical Oncology and Microvascular Head and Neck Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Kim is currently in private practice and strives to provide comprehensive, compassionate, and state - of - the - art surgical techniques and advanced medical therapy for his Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery patients.
Dr. Kim loves to Golf, Hike with his Family, and Cheer for the Philadelphia Eagles!

Daisy Lee, PA-C
Daisy Lee is a certified physician assistant who graduated from the Physician Assistant Program at Western University of Health Sciences in 2023. She began her career in emergency medicine and urgent care, where she gained valuable experience caring for patients with a wide range of acute medical concerns. She later transitioned into otolaryngology (ENT), where she enjoys providing comprehensive, compassionate care to patients of all ages. Daisy is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their care. She takes the time to listen to each patient’s concerns and strives to provide personalized treatment tailored to their individual needs. Outside of the office, Daisy enjoys traveling, discovering new restaurants and food spots, painting, and watching her favorite shows on Netflix. She especially enjoys spending quality time with her dog, family, and friends.
Daisy Lee, PA-C
Dakota Le is a board-certified Physician Assistant who graduated from Loma Linda University in 2023. She began her career in dermatology soon after graduation and later returned home to Orange County, where she now provides care in medical, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology.
Her clinical interests include skin cancer prevention, acne treatment, and aesthetic medicine, especially neurotoxins and laser treatments. She strives to connect with patients on a personal level while delivering high-quality care through thoughtful communication and compassion, helping patients achieve healthy, confident skin.
Outside of the clinic, Dakota loves traveling, skiing, pilates and lagree, and exploring new skincare favorites (she’s a big believer in SPF!). She’s also a total foodie who enjoys discovering new coffee and matcha spots — and all the good eats along the way — spending time with her family, friends, and dog.
Christian Ou, PA-C​
Christian is a board certified Physician Assistant. She was born and raised in Queens, New York. She is fluent in Mandarin and speaks conversational Japanese. She Graduated as a Physician assistant in 2019 at Stony Brook University in Long Island. Christian has been working as a Physician Assistant for 5 years and has a strong interest and experience in Dermatology and Surgical procedures. Her goal to provide high quality and patient centered healthcare.
Outside of her work, her personal interests include cooking, fitness, and traveling. Along with spending time with her Husband and Dog named Butters.
Ashley Hernandez, PA-C
Ashley Hernandez is a board-certified Physician Assistant who graduated from California Baptist University. Before becoming a PA, she served in the U.S. Army as a Sergeant and worked as an EMT. She began her career as a Physician Assistant in the emergency room before transitioning to dermatology, where she found a passion for helping patients feel confident and comfortable in their skin.

Ashley loves getting to know her patients and believes the best visits are the ones where patients feel truly heard, cared for, and educated. She enjoys building lasting relationships with her patients through follow-up visits and believes in making dermatology approachable, informative, and even a little fun. She is passionate about patient education and takes the time to make sure each patient understands their skin and treatment options.

Outside of the clinic, Ashley loves spending time with her husband, family, and friends. She enjoys working out, snowboarding, camping, exploring national parks, and pretty much anything that gets her outside and enjoying nature.
